Strong SRT 6020 JTAG how to Опции

Hi All!

I am trying to jtag a Strong 6020 but I cannot find the 10 pin pinout description. Please somebody help me out here!

What I have found so far (since 2 moths now I am working on this) is:
CPU type: CT216E-LF
JTAG: 10 pin type (NOT 20 pin!)
IC type: M29W160ET

Box is similar to the following models:
Ferguson AF 3100
Digiquest 6450
SEG DSR 7012

If someone has got datasheet for CPU please help me!
